General Directives For Day Boarding Admission & Application Process

  • Children are admitted only after a personal interview conducted in the presence of parents/guardians.
  • The final decision regarding the admission of a child is taken exclusively by the institute.
  • Initially, admission is given on a probationary basis for a period of three months.
  • Children of the age group between 4–10 years (Day Scholar) with:
    • An IQ of 35 and above (Trainable and Educable Group)
    • The child should be able to understand/express his/her minimum needs and should have already acquired basic table habits and toilet habits.
  • A Birth Certificate along with all medical documents from a competent authority, Disability Certificate, IQ Test Report, UDID Card, Aadhaar Card, and 5 passport-size photographs should be submitted at the time of admission.
  • If the child was attending another school, the School Leaving Certificate together with the Progress Report from that school is to be attached to the application for admission.
  • Evaluation of the child will be given to the parents in writing at the end of each term.
  • Parents will be asked to withdraw their child from the institute in the following cases:
    • When the performance is not satisfactory.
    • In case a child turns out to be violent/difficult to manage or is harmful to others.
    • On completion of the age limit of 18 years.
    • If parents wish to withdraw their child from the institute, a written notice of three months must be submitted in advance.
